Rates
Our guest house is available on a weekly or monthly basis (3 night minimum). Rates range from $600 to $1,200 per week, depending on number of guests and time of year. See below for seasonal rates based on double occupancy (Note: Rates may change on holidays or long weekends);
Winter: $600 to $1,000 per week (December 15 to March 31, 2012)
Summer: $800 to $1,200 per week (June 1 to September 6, 2012)
Spring/Fall: $600 per week (April 1 to May 31 / September 7 to December 15, 2012)
Additional guests: $25/night (max 4 adults plus 2 kids under 12)
A $250 damage deposit is also required and will be refunded within 2 days of departure. A deposit is required to hold your dates and is non-refundable within 30 days of your booking.
